🔔 Google signs agreement with SpaceX to purchase computing power at $920 million per month Mars Finance reports that company filings show Google (GOOG.O) has agreed to pay SpaceX $920 million per month for computing power as part of a cloud services agreement set to last until mid-2029. In Friday’s filings, SpaceX stated that Google will make monthly payments from October through June 2029, with the provided computing capacity including approximately 110,000 NVIDIA GPUs, CPUs, memory, and related components. The computing power will ramp up gradually until September, with corresponding reductions in fees. The filings also indicate that if SpaceX fails to deliver the agreed-upon number of GPUs by September 30, 2026, Google has the right to terminate the contract, with a one-month grace period.
