What we learned today during the LIVE Stream about the @IceRiverMiner and @Xphere_official New XP0 Home ASIC Miners. Watch the Full Live Stream Here https://t.co/aupdWGsb9p BGIN the parent company of IceRiver has a NEW ASIC Chip Customization Solutions Business. Offering ASIC chip design, hardware engineering, manufacturing coordination, and system-level validation capabilities to third-party customers with specialized hardware or computing requirements. From an Outside Perspective Iceriver is now offering "Hardware Services" to projects like @Xphere_official "ICERIVER® provides mining hardware only. This does not constitute endorsement, sponsorship, promotion, validation, or investment advice regarding any third-party protocol, network, token, or digital asset project." IceRiver is clearing making it known that they are offering Hardware Services and warning the community when purchasing hardware "I have read and agree to the Product Notice and understand that ICERIVERⓇ provides mining hardware only, without endorsement of any underlying protocol, token, or ecosystem. I acknowledge that mining performance and returns are not guaranteed." ------------------- The XPhere project is only a year old, first popping up in April of 2025. See Image Below. Where they hit $0.06 early on but that dropped over the last 12 months down to $0.003. Just 10 Days before today's hardware announcement with IceRiver the project hit an all time high of $0.07 .... Interesting. ------------------- In April of 2025 a Pool was launched by the XPhere project that is no longer in operation, 12 months later. https://t.co/cX6lWI4pa9 Since then a New Pool has Popped Up and ONLY has 2 addresses on it. https://t.co/3YtWmTuIF4 One Address is the Pool Address, earning 1% Pool Fees. The other is most likely IceRivers address https://t.co/N0HKYfrWxQ Which has 800 Miners Online all named S0XXX at and around 150 Gh/s each miner. The address has been paid out over 6, 750,000 XP which at the current price $0.03 is worth roughly $202,000. What is also interesting is the Block Explorer only goes back 8 Days on the site ... ------------------- Let's talk Hardware! The IceRiver XP runs on an Algo called XPHash, which reviewing their WhitePaper is SHA-256. https://t.co/BLcMQoApmr What are the chances IceRiver announces final tape out of their Bitcoin SHA-256 Chip and a few weeks later this miner gets dropped. I believe this ASIC Miner is running their new Chip. Video of the IceRiver BTC Prototype https://t.co/hRIa4zm2Mg We tested the IceRiver BTC Prototype on the https://t.co/3YtWmTuIF4 however it did not start hashing, which I am not surprised as the Prototype ONLY works on ViaBTC, regardless of being a Bitcoin miner. We took a Bitaxe Gamma 601 and put it on https://t.co/3YtWmTuIF4 and we were able to start hashing at just over 1 TH/s however we had 0 shares. My guess is the POOL has some custom either whitelist for IPs or requires something unique in the Firmware of the miner like @InitVerse . GitHub for the Project if curious https://t.co/bkBhpE9nzs ------------------- Thoughts .... this smells like another Pop-Up Initverse. Only 12 months Old, A privately controlled pool, hardware requiring "unique" configurations to work with the pool. Control, Control, Control. Wild the timing of just a few days after @InitVerse stopped the market maker funding of propping up the token. Makes you think! Be Careful All! ------------------- More Details to come, watch the LIVE Stream where we dive into this as a community and learn more! https://t.co/aupdWGsb9p
