Onchain payroll didn’t fail because of UX, it failed because it turned internal data into public data. • salary = personal data • payroll = company intelligence • both shouldn’t live on a public feed What’s changing now isnt payroll, its the assumption that transparent by default is okay. @ligero_inc is basically fixing that layer, making privacy native, not optional.
