🐗 8/14 Robinhood (HOOD) 🐗 Another position from my portfolio — Robinhood In short… an investing app for everyday people 📱📈 Why do I own it? 👉 Easy access to markets (stocks, crypto, options) 👉 They earn from user activity 👉 The more hype on the market = the more they earn — so I’m getting in. This is a platform that: 👉 Brought investing “to everyone” 👉 Especially appealing to younger users How do they make money? 👉 Fees / payment for order flow 👉 Crypto trading 👉 Options trading 👉 Interest income And here’s the key: 👉 When there’s hype (stocks/crypto) → users return, and you can see it in the recent rebound to $68 👉 When it’s quiet → revenues decline, but not sharply Robinhood is very similar to Coinbase, just targeting a slightly younger audience 👀 🐗 I’m buying because I’m betting on user activity on the market. When hype returns → Robinhood profits. Simple model — and that’s enough for me 🐗 The biggest money on the market isn’t made by traders — it’s made by the platforms they click on 👀 That’s why, even though these are different companies, my portfolio has interconnected themes… I believe in long-term growth and hype, so I’m playing it — and since I recently wrote about Coinbase, I can see they respond slightly differently… But I want exposure to both. 📊 Business: 👉 Returning to profitability 👉 Growing number of active users 👉 Increasing role of crypto 📦 My position: 👉 219,9248 shares 👉 Average purchase price: $72.12 📊 Plan: 👉 Dips = add more 🐗 ✅ $66 ✅ $33 👉 Bull market = ride the trend… First profit target only above $145 😱 Risks include: ⚠️ Dependence on user activity ⚠️ Regulation (especially in the USA) ⚠️ Competition (other brokers + apps) For me, it’s a bit like: 👉 “A casino for retail investors — but I’m betting alongside the casino” 🎰 This is not a defensive stock.
