Today, I saw @grapeot mention that using the same model but different harnesses can create a 16-point gap—I think this is more critical than rankings. The next phase of differentiation won’t be about “which latest model you integrate,” but rather about task decomposition, tool permissions, and whether the eval loop can close. Models will converge; engineering throughput is the moat.
