Kraken Parent Payward to Acquire Bitnomial for Up to $550M @Payward, the parent company of Kraken, agreed to acquire CFTC-regulated derivatives exchange Bitnomial in a cash-and-stock deal. The transaction values Payward at $20 billion and adds regulated crypto derivatives including futures, options, and perpetuals to Kraken’s product suite.
