PH joins US-led global supply chain for tech and critical minerals UPDATE: The Philippines has joined a United States-led global supply chain alliance that will establish a 4,000-acre advanced manufacturing zone across the Luzon archipelago, Manila’s top diplomat to Washington said Friday. Ambassador Jose Manuel Romualdez said the Pax Silica cooperation framework will build secure supply chains for semiconductors, critical minerals and AI infrastructure in the so-called Luzon Economic Corridor. “This is an unprecedented and ambitious project that will definitely bring in major US investments to the Philippines,” Romualdez told the Bilyonaryo News Channel. | via Michaela Del Callar, https://t.co/9R0Mcay5im
