If the Power Law holds true, $BTC will be at approximately $1,700,000 ten years from now. That is roughly a 23x return from current levels (1,700,000 / 74,371 = 22.8). Let’s assume Metaplanet is able to generate an annual yield of around 8%. Historically, this would be considered extremely low, but as the base effect kicks in over time, the yield will likely decrease. For context, 8% is the average annual return of a company in the MSCI World. This yield would add a multiplier of 2.16 over ten years (1.08^10 = 2.1589). If this scenario plays out, $MTPLF would likely be one of the strongest Bitcoin-related companies in the world. A mNAV ratio of around 1.2 would still be conservative. Compared to a current premium of 1.05, that would add another factor of 1.14 (1.2 / 1.05 = 1.1428). This adds up to a total return of 22.8 x 2.16 x 1.14 = 56.14 over a ten-year timeframe I don't think I am overly aggressive here.. If you think, you're bullish enough, think twice 🔥🔥
