It was a watershed moment when the SEC and CFTC came together last month and defined assets like BTC, ETH, and XRP as commodities. They diluted it a bit by including LINK, because if ETH is a commodity (raw digital good), how can LINK be as well when it’s an ERC token? Not to be a hater or anything, I’m just looking for the accuracy.
