#bitcoin $BTC currently shows one main thing in my trend-reversal indicator: an advanced bottom-building phase. What does this metric actually measure? It combines price structure + on-chain valuation + momentum. Specifically: The indicator assesses whether BTC has already declined significantly, while the on-chain structure—measured via NVT-based valuation—remains relatively stable, and internal momentum begins to strengthen again. NVT = Network Value to Transactions. Market capitalization relative to network activity. In simple terms: The price appears weakened, but the network isn’t collapsing to the same extent. This is often an early sign that the market is transitioning into a bottoming phase. Currently, the bottom score stands at 80.5. Historically, this is not a neutral zone—it’s a region where BTC is typically deep into re-accumulation. Important: Such a signal doesn’t always pinpoint the exact final low. But it often indicates that the risk/reward profile has already improved significantly, and the market is more likely working toward a (intermediate) bottom rather than beginning a new strong downward move. The metric or indicator does not say: “Bottom confirmed, only up from here.” It says: BTC is historically moving within a bottoming zone where re-accumulation becomes more likely, and downward pressure is gradually fading. Let’s go 💪 KNOWLEDGE IS WEALTH. RECOGNIZE TRENDS. TRADE PROACTIVELY.
