The Miners' Position Index (MPI) is the ratio of total miner outflow to its one-year moving average of total miner outflow. Miners consistently sell during rising $BTC prices, taking profits. They then move large volumes at the end of a bull market, concluding the bull market. Once the bull market ends, their activity decreases significantly. From now on, miners' activity has been typical of a bull market. Especially, there hasn't been large amount movement, last move of a bull market. If this were a bear market, their activity would decrease significantly. However, they remain active.
