adding another exchange is easy to announce. making the exchange underneath feel irrelevant is harder. @TheARCTERMINAL just teased that winter Arc starts soon. the more interesting roadmap line to me is: more exchanges, one terminal. different venues come with different liquidity, execution conditions and market structure. if ARC expands across them, the real product test isn't simply giving ANIMA more places to look. it's whether the user's workflow stays coherent while the execution venue changes underneath. one feed. one reasoning layer. multiple execution surfaces. thats where a terminal starts becoming infrastructure instead of another dashboard. more venues create more fragmentation. the stronger product is the one that makes users feel less of it.
