Most people focus on how much money a project has raised. I pay more attention to who is investing. @arc raised $222 million in a private round at a $3 billion FDV. But the number itself isn't what caught my attention. Seeing crypto native investors like a16z crypto is expected. What stands out is seeing institutions like BlackRock, Apollo, and ICE on the same cap table. To me, that suggests Arc isn't trying to become just another Layer 1. It looks like they're building infrastructure designed for stablecoins, RWAs, and institutional finance. And it makes even more sense when you remember that Arc is being developed by Circle, the company behind USDC. If institutional capital is truly moving onchain over the coming years, having this kind of investor lineup from day one feels like a signal worth paying attention to. 🟦
