Among the heaviest AI adopters: → Total headcount increased by 10.2% → Entry-level headcount increased by 12% → Entry-level workers' share increased by 1.15pp Companies using AI casually saw no real shift in entry-level hiring bompanies taking AI seriously used it to scale output, grow faster, and hire more people who can actually use the tools. Use AI as much as you can, but don't let it replace your brain ffs.
