AAVE JUST AUTOMATICALLY "HANDLED" THE KELP DAO HACKER After attacking the protocol, the Kelp DAO hacker didn’t fully withdraw—instead, they used rsETH (the acquired asset) as collateral on Aave, both on Ethereum mainnet and Arbitrum. Perhaps to leverage further, or to launder funds through multiple steps. But the market doesn’t care about motives—@aave only cares about the Health Factor. When rsETH’s value dropped enough to push the collateralization ratio below the safety threshold, the automatic liquidation mechanism triggered. 😄 Greed really does lead to loss, folks.
