YZi Labs Leads $11M Seed Round for AI Education Platform VideoTutor

Derived from MetaEra, YZi Labs has led an $11 million seed funding round for VideoTutor, an AI-powered educational software platform. The round also included participation from JinQiu Fund, Baidu Ventures, Amino Capital, and BridgeOne Capital. VideoTutor, founded by 20-year-old entrepreneur Kai Zhao, uses large language models and Manim animation rendering to create personalized animated courses. The platform currently serves 20,000 users globally and has received over 1,000 API integration requests.
