ChainCatcher report: The Wuxi High-Tech Zone in Jiangsu Province has released the "Several Measures to Support the Integrated Development of OpenClaw and Other Open Source Community Projects with the OPC Community (Draft for Public Comments)," outlining 12 policies to foster the growth of open source initiatives—covering foundational support, industrial implementation, talent recruitment and cultivation, and security and compliance—with individual project support reaching up to RMB 5 million. The draft proposes full subsidies of up to RMB 1 million for local cloud platforms providing free deployment and development toolkits. OPC projects utilizing the district’s intelligent computing platform will receive subsidies based on actual expenses, with a maximum of RMB 300,000 per company annually. Additionally, projects developing vertical large models based on OpenClaw for industrial quality inspection, predictive equipment maintenance, and other applications, and successfully registered with national authorities, will receive a reward of RMB 500,000. Key technological breakthroughs in embodied intelligence robots and intelligent quality inspection may receive up to RMB 5 million in support.
