Configuration requires just two steps: send “Connect Lobster” via private message to @WeiboLobsterAssistant, then follow the instructions to complete key setup. Once configured, users can issue commands anytime via the Weibo mobile app to remotely control the Lobster Assistant, eliminating dependence on PCs or complex apps, and enabling convenient information analysis, content creation, and task management during social browsing. According to the announcement, leveraging Weibo’s real-time news, trending discussions, and diverse user ecosystem, Weibo provides Kimi with a highly active user engagement channel, enabling rapid deployment of Kimi in high-frequency scenarios such as news interpretation, market tracking, event response, and account management. The Kimi K2.5 model consistently ranks #1 globally on the OpenRouter OpenClaw model invocation leaderboard. In the future, Weibo plans to open access to historical posts by influencers and trending topics for AI applications.
