Wealthsimple plans to release a standalone app called Wealthsimple Predict, which will provide users access to nearly 4,000 contracts available for trading on Kalshi. Wealthsimple intends to launch the standalone app Wealthsimple Predict later this summer, though it has not disclosed an exact release date.

Canadian users will have access only to contracts permitted under CIRO rules, including economic indicators, financial markets, and climate-related events; they will not be able to trade contracts related to sports event outcomes or elections.
