Venus Protocol shared a protocol update on X confirming zero rsETH exposure and no bad debt, safeguarding user funds. To manage risk, it has set collateral factors for six assets—USDe, sUSDe, SolvBTC, xSolvBTC, USD1, and XAUM—to 0, following Allezlabs’ advice. Users can still withdraw and repay these assets via the Venus UI. The platform will share updates on real-world assets (RWA) when collateral rates are adjusted.

According to Huoxing Finance, Venus Protocol posted on X that it has zero exposure to rsETH and has incurred no bad debt; user funds are secure. As a precautionary measure, following recommendations from risk management partner Allezlabs, the platform has temporarily set the collateral factors for the following six assets to 0: USDe, sUSDe, SolvBTC, xSolvBTC, USD1, and XAUM. Users can still directly repay and withdraw these assets via the Venus UI; updates will be issued once collateral ratios return to normal.
