Users can also apply for additional quotas beyond the guaranteed amount, and if the sale is not fully subscribed, the excess will be allocated proportionally.

The token of USD.AI is named CHIP, with a total supply of 1 billion tokens. A total of 700 million tokens will be sold in this offering, with a price of $0.03 per token, corresponding to an FDV of $30 million. It is expected to be 100% unlocked at the TGE in March, with a minimum subscription amount of $100.
