The fund will serve as a 'Cultural IP Web3 Engine' and 'Cultural RWA Growth Pool,' focusing on four key areas: incentivizing traditional artists to join, supporting art asset RWA issuance, promoting ecosystem collaboration, and rewarding creator growth. Ultiland stated the fund is expected to support over 100,000 artists, the issuance of over 20,000 art assets, and the standardization of global cultural content in Web3.
