PANews, March 21: According to OCCRP, the UK’s Companies House has taken action to dissolve Zedxion Exchange Ltd and other entities subject to U.S. sanctions and linked to Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC). Zedxion has been added to the U.S. sanctions list due to its associations with sanctioned individual Babak Zanjani and the IRGC. Companies House has posted a notice on Zedxion’s official registration page stating: “The registrar intends to take, or has taken, steps to strike off the company under Section 1002A of the Companies Act 2006. This action relates to misleading, false, or deceptive information or statements in the company’s registration application.”
