Huo Xing Cai Jing reports, according to Fortune magazine, the UK AI agent security and governance platform Geordie AI has completed a $30 million Series A round led by Balderton Capital, with participation from Crosspoint Capital and additional investments from General Catalyst and Ten Eleven Ventures. The post-money valuation stands at $155 million, marking the largest Series A round to date for a European cybersecurity startup. The company was co-founded by former executives from UK cybersecurity firm Darktrace and code security company Snyk. Its platform identifies and monitors AI agents running within enterprises in real time, detecting risks and dynamically constraining agent behavior. Geordie has already been deployed in approximately 30 customer environments, including financial data firm AlphaSense and Franco-American AI biotech company Owkin.
