Twenty One Capital Lists on NYSE with $3.9B Bitcoin Treasury

As reported by Coinotag, Twenty One Capital launched on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker XXI with a Bitcoin treasury of 43,514 BTC, valued at approximately $3.9 billion. The company, backed by Cantor Fitzgerald, Tether, Bitfinex, and SoftBank, is now the third-largest public corporate holder of Bitcoin, following MicroStrategy and MARA Holdings. Jack Mallers, co-founder, aims to build Bitcoin-based financial products and expand the asset’s role in global markets.
