According to Tradexyz’s official documentation, the decentralized exchange Tradexyz has officially added a Pre-IPO perpetual futures market to its product offerings. This product is a cash-settled perpetual derivative referencing the expected public equity of a forthcoming issuer, designed for price discovery prior to listing. XYZ emphasizes that Pre-IPO perpetual contracts are not shares, IPO allocations, tokenized equity, or securities entitlements; holding these contracts confers no ownership, voting rights, dividend rights, or any claim against the issuer. After the listing, the relevant market is expected to transition into a standard externally priced perpetual contract once sufficient external data becomes available. In the event of a listing delay, failure, or material change, the market will settle according to predefined mechanisms, including the Outside Launch Date, Settlement Period, and TWAP.

Tradexyz has launched Pre-IPO perpetual futures, expanding its derivatives market offerings. These cash-settled perpetual futures track the expected public equity valuation of pre-IPO companies to enable price discovery prior to listing. The platform clarifies that these contracts are not equity, IPO allocations, or securities; they do not confer ownership rights, dividends, or any claims. In the event of a delayed or failed listing, settlements will be governed by predefined mechanisms. The derivatives market now includes this new product type.
