In accordance with TechFlow, on November 30, Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino responded to questions about Tether, stating that as of the third quarter of 2025, the company maintains over $7 billion in excess reserves and total group equity near $30 billion. Tether holds approximately $184.5 billion in stablecoin reserves, with an additional $23 billion in retained earnings. Ardoino also noted that S&P made the same mistake by not considering additional group equity and the roughly $500 million monthly profit from U.S. Treasury yields.
