On-chain news reveals that TON tokens sold by Telegram are primarily purchased by TONX for long-term staking. TONX chairman Manuel Stotz highlighted the four-year vesting period and noted that holdings have not decreased. Telegram's TON sales have exceeded $450 million, while first-half revenue reached $870 million, demonstrating the ecosystem's growth.

BlockBeats news: On January 7, Manuel Stotz, chairman of the board of TONX—a TON treasury company listed on NASDAQ—posted a statement indicating that all TON tokens sold by Telegram are subject to a four-year vesting period. Additionally, the primary buyers of the tokens sold by Telegram were TONX, led by Stotz, for long-term holding and staking purposes.

The Financial Times previously reported that Telegram generated $870 million in revenue during the first half of the year, a 65% increase from the previous year, partly attributed to the TON ecosystem. The company has sold over $450 million worth of TON, but Stotz emphasized that Telegram's net TON holdings have not significantly decreased and may even have increased.
