Based on AiCoin, Swiss precious metals firm MKS PAMP SA announced plans to relaunch its gold token project in response to growing demand for digitized physical gold. The company has acquired Gold Token SA and intends to buy tokens through its trading division to provide liquidity. MKS PAMP previously participated in the 2019 launch of a gold token project named DGLD, which failed due to being 'too early.' This new token issuance will be available only to certified institutions, with tokens tradable on secondary crypto exchanges and redeemable for physical gold in minimum 1-gram increments.
