Strive Lists SATA on Nasdaq, Holds 7,525 Bitcoin

Based on Crypto.News, Strive Inc. listed its Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock (SATA) on Nasdaq, raising $160 million through a 2 million-share IPO. The company now holds 7,525 Bitcoin, including 1,567 BTC recently acquired at an average price of $103,315. Strive CEO Matt Cole stated the capital will be used to fund further Bitcoin acquisitions, making the company the first Bitcoin treasury firm to finance its Bitcoin amplification through perpetual preferred equity. The company, a publicly traded Bitcoin treasury and asset management firm, manages over $2 billion in assets and is designated as a Well-Known Seasoned Issuer by the SEC, allowing it greater financial flexibility.
