According to BlockTempo, Strategy (MicroStrategy) CEO Phong Le stated that the company will only consider selling its Bitcoin holdings if its market net asset value (mNAV) falls below 1 and new financing is unavailable. The company currently holds 649,870 BTC, with a market value of approximately $59.2 billion and an average cost of $74,000 per coin. The current mNAV is 1.13. Le emphasized that selling Bitcoin would be a last resort, not a policy shift, and that financial discipline must prevail over market sentiment during downturns. The company also faces potential index delistings and a convertible note maturity at year-end, which could test its liquidity and financing flexibility.
