SpaceX has filed an IPO application compliant with CFT regulations, according to MarsBit. The company plans to hold investor briefings after Easter in April, aiming to raise up to $750 billion at a $1.75 trillion valuation. The offering could surpass Saudi Aramco’s 2019 IPO. Musk may allocate up to 30% of shares to retail investors, in line with MiCA’s retail inclusion objectives.

Huo Xing Cai Jing reports that on April 1, SpaceX, the space exploration company founded by Musk, secretly filed its IPO application. According to prior monitoring by 1M AI News, SpaceX has been notifying potential IPO investors and expects to launch investor briefings—known as “testing-the-waters” meetings—led by company executives starting in April, following the Easter holiday, while also submitting its IPO application in secret as early as this month. This IPO could raise up to $75 billion, with a valuation potentially reaching $1.75 trillion, surpassing Saudi Aramco’s 2019 record of approximately $29 billion to become the largest IPO in history. In terms of allocation structure, Musk is considering allocating up to 30% of shares to retail investors—at least three times the typical 5% to 10% ratio. SpaceX CFO Bret Johnsen has already communicated this proposal to Wall Street. Musk’s strategy is to rely on a base of loyal individual investors to stabilize the stock price after listing and reduce short-term selling pressure.
