BlockBeats report: On March 8, the Longgang District Artificial Intelligence (Robotics) Bureau released the "Several Measures to Support the Development of OpenClaw & OPC (Draft for Public Comment)" and is soliciting public feedback. The measures propose encouraging market-oriented, professional platform operators to launch "Lobster Service Zones" that provide free OpenClaw deployment services, with eligible entities receiving subsidies; offering support for the development and promotion of OpenClaw-type intelligent agent tools. Entities that contribute critical code to major international communities, develop and list skill packages related to Longgang’s advantageous industries on skill marketplaces, or create applications integrated with embodied intelligent devices may, upon verification, receive subsidies of up to RMB 2 million.
Focus on areas such as intelligent manufacturing, smart government, smart parks, and smart healthcare. Each year, select a number of OpenClaw deep-application projects with strong innovation and proven effectiveness, and award them the title of “Longgang District OpenClaw Application Demonstration Project,” along with a one-time reward of 30% of actual investment, up to a maximum of 1 million RMB. Provide investment and financing channels for seed-stage OPC projects with high technological content and strong innovation capabilities (with priority given to youth-led entrepreneurial projects), and offer equity investment support of up to 10 million RMB to eligible projects.
