SBI Invests $200M in Evernorth, Backing XRP Asset Library Expansion

Derived from Bijing.com, SBI Holdings has invested $200 million (30 billion yen) in Evernorth, a Ripple-backed firm, acquiring nearly 20% of its shares. Evernorth is preparing a $1 billion SPAC transaction to build the largest public XRP asset library. Meanwhile, Canary Capital's XRP spot ETF (XRPC) is set to list on Nasdaq, pushing XRP's price up 5% to $2.52 and trading volume up 44% to $5.9 billion, making it the first XRP fund listed in the U.S.
