Derived from The Crypto Basic, SBI Group has contributed $200 million to the Evernorth XRP treasury initiative, which aims to create the world’s largest XRP treasury. The venture, which plans to merge with Armada Acquisition Corp II, has raised $1 billion, with Ripple and other major investors also participating. The merger is expected to be finalized in Q1 2026, with the combined entity set to list on Nasdaq under the ticker XRPN.
