Based on Bitcoin.com, Saudi Arabia’s Real Estate Registry has launched a national-scale blockchain infrastructure for real estate registration, fractionalization, and transactions. The system, powered by Settlemint’s asset tokenization platform, supports end-to-end digital transactions and aims to create a transparent, liquid, and globally investable real estate ecosystem. The initiative includes a phased roadmap, starting with a tokenized marketplace and followed by an open API framework for PropTech innovation.
