The company plans to launch a local app for stock and crypto trading in 2027. Despite the expansion, HOOD stock has dropped 15% from its highs, with analysts noting valuation concerns and a forward P/E ratio of 65, significantly higher than the sector median. The company's funded customers rose to 26.8 million in Q3 2025, and its revenue doubled year-over-year to $1.27 billion.
