As reported by TechFlow, on December 5, 2025, the Rainbow Foundation announced it will become the largest shareholder of Rainbow Company, holding 20% equity, during the Token Generation Event (TGE). The foundation has created a 'Foundation Class' of shares to allow all $RNBW token holders to benefit from the company's growth. In the event of an acquisition, token holders will receive a share of the net assets. $RNBW tokens will be deeply integrated into Rainbow's products as a native token for rewards and ownership. The foundation emphasized that it will update the TGE schedule early next week, a key update for investors.
