As per Bijié Wǎng, PowerLattice, a startup founded by engineers from Qualcomm, Nuvei, and Intel, has raised $25 million in Series A funding led by Playground Global and Celesta Capital, bringing total funding to $31 million. The company claims its power delivery chip technology can reduce chip power consumption by over 50%. Former Intel CEO Pat Gelsinger, now a Playground partner, praised the team as a 'dream team' and confirmed that TSMC is producing its first chips, currently being tested by an unnamed manufacturer. PowerLattice plans to launch customer trials in early 2026, targeting major chipmakers like NVIDIA and AMD.
