Odaily Planet Daily report: Analyst Jukan of Citrini posted on X that the latest FundaAI report reveals that NVIDIA’s NVL576 passive optical co-packaging technology has nearly doubled the density of optical engines and optical components. This passive optical co-packaging technology increases the number of 3.2T optical engines per GPU from approximately 2.25 to about 4.0, a 78% increase, with projected demand for Rubin Ultra optical engines reaching approximately 12 million units.
