The solution combines the Unitree H2 Plus humanoid robot body with the Sharpa dexterous five-finger hand (25 degrees of freedom per hand, 31 degrees of freedom total, 6 feet tall, 150 pounds), running on the Jetson Thor robot computer and integrating NVIDIA’s full software stack: Cosmos for generating synthetic data via world models, Isaac Lab for simulation-based training, Isaac Teleop for remote operation and data collection, and Isaac ROS for deployment and runtime. The goal of this reference design is to enable universities and research institutions to begin cutting-edge humanoid robotics research within hours, without having to build from scratch.
