He emphasized that risk control must be institutionalized, not personalized. Monera has built four lines of defense: limiting exposure and collateral at the source, automated liquidation and margin management, complete segregation of client assets, and eliminating maturity mismatches while maintaining liquidity buffers. Additionally, AI acts as a 24/7 digital CRO, enabling a shift from passive monitoring to proactive alerting.
