BlockBeats report: On March 14, Microsoft launched its healthcare AI product, Copilot Health, which integrates users' health records, wearable device data, and medical history to provide personalized health insights and medical recommendations. The system connects to over 50 types of wearable devices, electronic health records (EHRs) from more than 50,000 U.S. hospitals, and laboratory test data.
Microsoft stated that Copilot Health's responses will be based on authoritative medical sources such as Harvard Health Publishing, with traceable reference links provided. Additionally, user data within the platform will not be used for model training, and users can disconnect data sources or delete related data at any time.
Microsoft CEO Mustafa Suleyman said the product is a significant step toward "medical superintelligence," aiming to equip AI with the breadth of a general practitioner and the depth of a specialist, while delivering medical assistance to billions of people worldwide at a lower cost.
