In accordance with Bijing.com, Mercor has raised $350 million in a Series C funding round led by Felicis Ventures, with Benchmark, General Catalyst, and Robinhood Ventures also participating. The startup, which connects AI labs with experts in fields like scientists and lawyers for AI model training, now has a valuation of $10 billion. Mercor charges by the hour and has expanded its reinforcement learning software. The company currently pays over $1.5 million daily to 30,000 contractors, averaging $85 per hour. Mercor aims to expand its talent network, improve client matching, and automate processes to achieve $500 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR).
