Derived from Bijing.com, a long-dormant Ethereum ICO wallet (0x2dCA...) has been reactivated after more than a decade. The wallet holds 40,000 ETH, initially purchased for $12,400 and now valued at $119.5 million. It first sent a test transaction of 5 ETH (around $15,000), followed by transferring the remaining 39,995 ETH to a new address (0x2602...). Similar activations have occurred recently, such as on August 11, when a wallet holding 20,000 ETH sold 2,300 ETH ($9.91 million), and on August 13, when a participant sold 4,283 ETH ($18.97 million), with a cumulative sale of 44,284 ETH since 2021. The motives behind these activations may include restoring access or rebalancing portfolios, though the intent remains unclear unless the funds reach an exchange.
