As reported by BitcoinSistemi, Simon Seojoon Kim, CEO of South Korean blockchain investment firm Hashed, stated that Ethereum is currently trading at approximately 55% below its fair value of $4,747, based on a dashboard integrating eight valuation models. The models include DCF analysis, PER ratio, TVL multipliers, staking scarcity, and Metcalfe's Law, among others. According to the analysis, Ethereum was undervalued by up to 217.1% under Metcalfe’s Law, while the PER model suggested it was overvalued by 70.2%. Kim emphasized that the dashboard combines traditional and on-chain indicators to assess Ethereum’s intrinsic value and signal market trends.
