As reported by Bijiawang, the Jamaican Bitcoin app Flash has raised over $15,000 in Bitcoin for hurricane relief efforts since the launch of a fundraising campaign via the BTCPay Server plugin on its backend. The campaign, which began after a hurricane hit Jamaica last month, collected $10,000 in Bitcoin within 72 hours. The team is converting the Bitcoin into fiat currency through the Flash app to purchase relief supplies.
