In accordance with TechFlow, on November 17, Bitcoin mining company Hut 8 has agreed to sell four natural gas power plants in Ontario to TransAlta Corporation, with a total installed capacity of 310 MW. The plants are located in Kapuskasing (40 MW), Kingston (110 MW), Iroquois Falls (120 MW), and North Bay (40 MW).
