The entity is now authorized to conduct regulated activities under Type 1 (dealing in securities) and Type 7 (providing automated trading services). Additionally, VDX Custody Limited has been licensed under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance to provide digital asset custody services. To date, the number of licensed virtual asset trading platforms in Hong Kong has reached 12.
