Grok Build Launches Agent Dashboard for Multi-Session Management

According to Beating Monitor, xAI has launched the Agent Dashboard, a terminal-based control panel for its software engineering coding agent, Grok Build. Developers can invoke the dashboard by entering the slash command /dashboard within an existing coding session, using the shortcut Ctrl+\, or by running "grok dashboard" directly in the terminal. The dashboard features a card-based, terminal-native interface that enables centralized monitoring and management of multiple concurrent Grok Build coding sessions on a single screen. It categorically displays all active, idle, and waiting-for-input states, along with the duration of each task. To address synchronization bottlenecks in multi-agent collaboration, when a sub-agent requires human confirmation or input, the associated session is automatically brought to the top. Developers can preview the latest output of sub-tasks and respond directly within the dashboard, eliminating the need to frequently switch between terminal windows. The dashboard also supports grouping tasks by working directory using the Ctrl+S shortcut and collapsing sub-agents beneath their parent tasks.
